
Whilst most UK Asians speak fluent English in
addition to their own community languages, it often makes sense to
deliver commercial messages when the viewer is at his or her most
receptive, or the need may be to reach viewers without English.
In particular, the Chinese community places a higher value on
commercials voiced in Mandarin or Cantonese languages.
